Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
- Upon receiving your item(s), please contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you have received the wrong item(s).
- Supporting evidence (eg, images/videos of the items, packaging, parcel) is required to ensure a smooth return/exchange process.
- The return item(s) MUST be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as they were received, with the original packaging, and the original price tag MUST be intact.
- Special Price items, sales items, gift vouchers, cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, unless the item is defective or wrongly sent.
- Returns, exchange, and/or refund will be processed within 14 working days or more, depending on the type of item(s) returned.
- Returns are free if the product you received is wrong or defective. Otherwise, the shipping charges will be borne by you.
- A final inspection will be done to ensure the return item(s) are in their original condition.Â
- Exchange is strictly subject to stock availability.
Refunds
- Refunds will be made only if the return item(s) have met the Return / Refund Policy requirements as listed above, via your original mode of payment.
- We will notify you via email if the refund is approved or rejected.
- If the refund is approved, the refund will be processed automatically. Depending on your bank/e-wallet’s policy, it can take up to 14 working days for the refund amount to be credited into your account.Â
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. If the item(s) have been discounted either by discount promotion or promo codes, the refundable amount shall be based on the net amount (after deduction of promotion value and shipping charges).
- Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.

The return parcel is under your responsibility. Mishy & Delly would not be liable for any loss of return parcel/additional taxes incurred for return parcels.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at retnref@mishyndelly.com and send your item to: JA3398, KM19, Jalan Dusun, Kampung Serkam Timur, 77300, Merlimau, Melaka.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
